The murder scene

Eddie was the marketing manager for Murder, She Wrote 2. Little did he know that he’d be involved in his own murder mystery! Let’s look at what’s on his desk. He has some Murder, She Wrote marketing materials, an empty box of fries, and a Jason figure. Which one of those really mattered? Now, let’s take a look at the murder weapon. It’s a pair of normal looking scissors, clearly a right handed pair of scissors, clearly stabbed on Eddie’s right side, and clearly marked with some sort of blue/purple markings.

Jamar couldn’t have done it

These clues immediately ruled out Director Jamar. He is left-handed! Check out his book and which hand he is using for his computer mouse. So why was one of his Jason figures on Eddie’s desk? Either Eddie’s just a jerk, or maybe he won the Jason in a bet playing a game of Carcassone. But the figure did turn out to be a dead-end.

Was Bryce innocent?

So Bryce was eating some McDonalds, and it looks like Eddie stole them. What a jerk! Was that enough for Bryce to kill Eddie? Well apparently not. Look at Bryce’s whiteboard. He uses a red marker on it, and what was the color of those markings on the scissor again?

Which leaves us with…

Well, the clues are there that point to Patrick being the culprit. Blue markings on his right hand, apparently from erasing the whiteboard with his bare hand, is enough evidence to connect him to the murder scene. But why did he do it? As our contest winner Missy pointed out, he murdered Eddie to get a promotion! With Eddie out of the picture, he would either be promoted to Eddie’s job, or Kira would lose her job because of the poor marketing for the game! Good job to Missy and all our other sleuths that participated!

Of course, there are other winners as well! Everyone with the correct answer was entered into our drawing, and if you were selected, you will be receiving an email from Eddie.  That’s right, he didn’t actually die! It was just for fun!

Greetings and Growls, Boos and Braaaaains, or in other words, I hope you are having a most wonderful Halloween!
First and foremost, I wanted to tell you the answers to our little quiz.

-The first “Mystery Line 1″ is from Seth, (who you may remember from the show!), his character art is “Picture A” and the headshot is “Actor X”, Kid Beyond!
-The second “Mystery Line 2″ is from a new character, Shamus, whose character art is “Picture D” and the Headshot is “Actor Y”, Brian Sommer!
